Lost Heli-X Download/files what can i do?

I have emailed the team over a week ago with no reply.
I have just emailed again but posting here to ask this question.
I purchased Heli-X in 2022 in 2024 my tower PC failed and i lost a lot of programmes,inc heli-x.
i was not flying then so did nothing about it,i am flying now so miss it a lot.
I have the same email address,same home address and very close date i purchased.
Do you think i would be able to get a duplicate/re-download?
if you guys know the answer being NO i can stop trying to contact the Heli-x team
