Invalid activation code or name

Hello everyone, I have a problem. I bought the full version this morning. I received my name and activation code, but it doesn't work. And I try to reply to the email received to inform that it does not work but no response, I need help please thx

Is it still an issue?
Name has to be "your name (location)"
and the Key needs to be limited to the number
Key/Schluessel: "nnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn"

cut and paste, no quotes

This email worked for me michael[junkmail]heli-x.info

replace [junkmail] by @, I didn't put it in the string to spare that address from getting spammed.
