Black screen on PC in VR

Hi
This is the reverse problem than the others I have seen however, the VR in my Quest 3 goggles is working great. My Issue is the sim is black on my PC screen and I want my friends in the room to see my flight on the PC screen. What could be the problem? is there a setting I have missed to allow the VR Headset to display on the PC monitor screen?

... you have to activate the mirror screen in the Steam configuration window. The HELI-X black window is for mouse movement and menus
