I have an Ultrawide monitor (Samsung G9) and while the game looks beautiful, even though I am in full screen mode (5120 x 1440) my Windows taskbar still shows along the bottom of the screen.

Yes, I've maximized the window, tried changing to 5120 x 1700, alt + enter, etc., to no avail. Is this a known issue or is there a work around? I have 7 other simulators and this is the only one with that behavior. I've included an attachment of the issue.

For full screen:

make sure that the correct full-screen resolution is configures in the openGL settings in the global settiings.

Appreciate the response but that didn't do anything. For the time being I've set the taskbar to "auto-hide" which is super annoying but I don't think we are going to get this fixed any time soon.

Did you start full screen with the menu INSIDE HELI-X? Shortcuts->Toggle Full Screen ??
