Blender Hilfe gesucht – schwieriger Start

Hallo,
habe jetzt ein Panorama unseres Platzes hinbekommen, und jetzt brauch ich Blender – was mich ziemlich überfordert. Ich möchte den (abfallenden) Boden anpassen und eine Hecke als Sperre markieren.
Stand der Dinge: Der Würfel wird richtig in Blender importiert.
Meine Startprobleme:
1) Die Nullebene (Gitter) in Blender sitzt unter der Decke. Soll/kann ich die Ebene runterziehen oder setze ich die Objekte ins z-Minus?
2) In den anderen Szenerien sind die Objekte immer mit Dreiecken konstruiert. Die habe ich im Blendermenue gar nicht gefunden. Was muss ich beim Menuepunkt „Add“ auswählen als neues Objekt?

Bitte gebt mir Hinweise, damit ich starten kann – um dann sicherlich die nächsten zwei Probleme vor der Maus zu haben.

Due Ebene müsste in der Mitte vom Kubus sein. Bei flachen Plätzen würden alle Dreiecke oberhalbd er Ebene konstruiert.
Die Funktion heisst: Add ..., um Vierecke oder so hinzuzufügen. Dann in den Edit-Modus, um die Punkte zu verschieben ...

Hey Jürgen, welcome to the Blender struggle! Don't worry, we've all been there. For your ground plane issue, try moving the object down in Z-minus rather than the grid. Easier to keep track! As for the triangles, Blender uses polygons (often quads) by default, but you can use the "triangulate" modifier to see them. It can feel a bit like herding Crazy Cattle 3D at first, but stick with it! There are some great tutorials out there. Good luck!
