HEllo all

Got this cable but it seems to have a bit of problems with HEli-X.

With DX6i off I plug it in.. Computers USB port powers up the TX. But Heli-X says there is no controller dectected. Can anyone help or have the same issues? How can I fix it?

I do not know the cable but it looks like as this is no interface. The interfaces I know do have a kind of box at the cable.

Whether an interface is recognized should not depend if the transmitter is on or off.

If you have the possibility, try it in windows and check it with the sysetm settings.
