Roll not working

Hey
I'm really new to this, and just downloaded the demo to try flying 3D for fun.
I just ran a quick setup just to get started quickly.
I can get almost every control to work, except roll, it's like it's not reacting.
I'm using latest Heli-X and a Futaba 14SG
What should i try in order to get it to work? (:
