What is it: Settings > Look & Feel
Unclear what the different choices change.

It changes the look of setting windows such as helicopter or Airport selection.

Sorry, but I still don't understand what this changes in the sim.

From the menu open the window where you select a helicopter from the list of models.
After changing the look & feel go back to that window and check the look of it.
