esky transmitter

hi everyone i am trying to get heli-x to run on my computer loads fine can select heli and airport but controller wont recognise i am using a esky 6 channel ppm transmitter with usb connector please help really like programme just cant use it thanks

that means you get a message box "no controller found"? Is your controller recognized within your OS? What happens there?
