I cannot down load the software to connect my Radio to the Heli-X , any hint where I can access it?

Uhm, what is the setup you try to run?
Assume you have a Futaba radio and try to run Heli-X? If so, the FMS link won't help (FMS is a different simulator). On the other hand you don't need a special software to connect the Futaba with Heli-X, just a suitable USB connector cable.
Maybe for special setups on non common OS PCs you may need some according installation or additional drivers but afaik on Win/Mac it is all pretty simple.
