PPJoy for Linux

Post by Michael »

Hi,

to connect your transmitter with your sondcard on Linux try this: http://rc.zexos.org/txppm.html

Um den Sender über die Soundkarte mit dem Rechner zu verbinden, gibt es jetzt das: http://rc.zexos.org/txppm.html

Thanks to Tomáš 'ZeXx86' Jędrzejek

You should read README first, you have to install one required library - PortAudio + PortAudio developer version (contain headers needed for compilation) and linux-headers (it is probably installed by default) for kernel module.
Then there shoul'nt be any problem with it.
Remember, you have to own cable for connection between your transmitter and sound card (input - line in or mic in).
Check README for more info..
Thanks

New version 0.0.4 is available now !
It implements CCPM 120° support which is mostly used in helicopter transmitters.
From now, almost all transmitters should work correctly with this software.

New version 0.0.5 is here and brings full support for Spektrum transmitters (DX6i, DX7, etc).
For correct function use value 2 as second parameter.
