Code: Select all

[ilyxa@wombat ~]$ uname -a
Linux wombat 4.14.3-1-ARCH #1 SMP PREEMPT Thu Nov 30 18:33:13 UTC 2017 x86_64 GNU/Linux
[ilyxa@wombat ~]$ archlinux-java status
Available Java environments:
  java-8-openjdk/jre
  java-9-jre/jre (default)
[ilyxa@wombat ~]$ java -version
java version "9.0.1"
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 9.0.1+11)
Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM (build 9.0.1+11, mixed mode)
[ilyxa@wombat ~]$
Every run this WARNING appears:

Code: Select all

[ilyxa@wombat ~]$ /opt/HELI-X7/runHELI-X.sh

WARNING: Use --illegal-access=warn to enable warnings of further illegal reflective access operations

But if i'm using openjdk-8/jre - there is no warning:

Code: Select all

[ilyxa@wombat ~]$ archlinux-java status
Available Java environments:
  java-8-openjdk/jre (default)
  java-9-jre/jre
If i'll try Fullscreen mode - Heli-x crashes (not a big deal):

Code: Select all

Hello,

thanks, this is a known problem of the jMonkeyEngine with Java 9.

They solved it, but it is not in the stable release. Thus, for the moment I keep it that way, and the users should use Java 8, which is included in the Mac and Windows Distribution.
You might try Java 8 from Oracle to see if your full screen display works.

Thank you for your feedback.

Michael
