Regarding the flight characteristics there seem different views and ofc different setups. Cell count, AUW, prop sizes, motors and ofc FC and ESC settings can make for a broad spectrum.
In the sim you can tune the flight characteristics in the XML file of the model to your liking. If that doesn't help you may get assistance online or post required changes here. Specific answer is difficult based on good or not good.

You are right, I am trying to simulate a zmr 250, 2208 cobra motors, with 6x4.5 props and 4s 2200 battery, with an acro naze 32, total weight it is around 630 grams. I dont know how can I set up the XML, If you could help me to do so It would be great! Thanks

Locate the file here in yout Heli-X directory: ..\resources\models\helicopter\H250\H250.xml

Flight behavior is not defined there by component specs but directly how the heli should fly using them. The individual parameters begin with the parameter name in <> and end with the name in </>, the actual value in between. For example:

Code: Select all

<YawExpo>0</YawExpo>
All parameters are described in the User manual (http://www.heli-x.info/help/UsersManualV6.pdf) section 4.1.3.

You could also describe a desired effect here (somethin like "when moving roll stick fully to either side, the quad should rotate about twice as quick") and hope somebody experienced can translate that somehow into parameters. I haven't much experience with flight parameters so probably won't be me.

I think there is nothing wrong with theh250 model.
Sure, its somewhat underpowered to what you fly today, more a 3S 5030 setup from 2013, but still - its perfectly fine to practise motion sequences.
Besides, additional power would be of no real use, because available maps are to small.
Here is some h250 FPV footage from a few days ago:
