Hello!

Post by pink_panther4u »

New to this. Was tickled to find a site that will let me learn some 3D stuff w/o trashing my heli, and that would work on Mac OSX. I have a Spectrum DX6i radio. Is there any way I can hook it up using a USB port on my Mac? If not, does anybody know what else might be available that truly simulates a radio? Thanks so much!

To answer my own question, I "think" I found a solution at: http://www.helidirect.com/usb-simula...fms-p-3171.hdx I have them ordered and we'll see how they do.

Tnx,
Michael

I think that link is for a Windows connection, and has problems connecting to a Mac (it did with mine). If you go to http://shop.tomsrc.com/product_info.php ... cts_id=261 the USBg model does work as I have one. You can select the correct transmitter i/f cable and you can get "flying".
