Hi,
I am trying to configure my DX6i for use with Heli-X on a Mac OSX 10.9.4.
I have configured everything fine apart from the Rudder control. When configuring on the Heli-X set up the rudder does not move at all.
I have downloaded a joystick tester and i have realised that the problem is because the rudder control is being detected as
"Simulation usage 0xba" rather than the z-axis.
is there a way for helix to recognise the rudder as Simulation usage 0xba or is there a way i can change it so my mac recognises the rudder as z axis
thanks
Rudder not recognised with DX6i
Re: Rudder not recognised with DX6i
Further to this, have just discovered this works with version 4.2 which has a 'rudder' setting rather than 'z axis'...
Re: Rudder not recognised with DX6i
There are different jinput.jar files distributed with HELI-X 5. Please read the readme file... There are several driver files available.
