Heli-X Closes on Launch - OSX

I have a macbook running OSX 10.5. I had installed the Heli-X demo a while ago and tonight, I tried to install 3.0 and see how it ran on the mac.


When I click on the program it starts to launch, the splash screen comes up for a second then it closes.

Hello,

there was a problem with "old" 2.0 version, and I guess you are launching it.

You should remove COMPLETELY the old version including the personal library folder, then install 3.0 again. The first start takes some time.

Hello. Today I started having the same problem. I'm using HELI-X since July 7th already. I haven't installed any older version. Everything was working so far. But now it crashes a few sec after it starts.

Following some information from system log. It may hel you:

You mean it worked for three weeks but now it crashes?

Hi,

the log descibes problems in org.tritonus.share.sampled.file.TAudioFileReader

These are problems with the ambient sound. It might be, that this was the first time you used an airport with ambient sounds or you switched them on, or the native libs on your Mac have changed ....

You should switch off the ambient sound. This could be done in Settings->Performance if HELI-X was running ...

Thus, delete the file files/Application/ApplicationSettings.xml

After that, the ambient sound is switched off.

Hm. I started having problems again during next start. So I've decided trying deleting all HELI-X folder from my local Library. Now it looks I'm having with activation full version. Do you check it online and allow only one activation? If so is there any chance to reset my activation so I can activate it again?
