Re: Upgraded to Ver 6 - Trouble trying to get controller to

I'm not sure I understand. I want the throttle cut switch to work. It does in ver 5, but not in ver 6. With ver 5, I have z axis: collective pitch slider: engine speed And the throttle cut switch works fine. So collective pitch and throttle are independent. If I set them the same way in ver 6 and sa...

Re: Upgraded to Ver 6 - Trouble trying to get controller to

All right, 5 channels deselected. Still, z-axis and slider (pitch and throttle) are like glued together. Just like before. Also, I have not used the button configuration ever. Because I don't understand the configuration page. Which button on my transmitter is no. 1 and so on? How do I tell heli-x w...

Re: Upgraded to Ver 6 - Trouble trying to get controller to

I have upgraded to 1614, but have trouble with the controller configurator and a spektrum dx9 transmitter. Issues: Selecting a fixed throttle (idleup1 og idleup2) with the idle up switch also gives fixed pitch. The throttle cut button gives full negative pitch. Further I don't know if I should selec...

Re: Upgraded to Ver 6 - Trouble trying to get controller to

I'm excited to try, because I still use ver 5 because of controller issues with ver 6
But rev. 6.0.1612 says it is up to date. So I'm stuck.
Are you saying we should install the whole stuff from scratch to get to 1614?

Re: Upgraded to Ver 6 - Trouble trying to get controller to

I think the X6 transmitter configurator is broken.
Copying the X5 controller xml file worked for me too. Thanks!
Now, I just wish a way to make the idle up switch work as an idle up switch (on a dx9).

Canvas size keeps resetting to 1920x1200

I use a canvas size of 1920x1080, but it often (very often) resets to 1920x1200.
That has happened 100’s of times.
I have not found a way to reproduce, but it may happen after downloading new helicopters, after multiplayer, after restart, ...

Re: USB dongles won’t work with osx 10.9.2

I’m still fighting to find a way to run heli-x on my mac. Because I don’t want to reboot it every times my usb dongles refuse to work, I have tried to run hell-x inside a parallels virtual machine, so I don’t need to reboot the whole mac. The usb dongles work fine with parallels. Parallels with linu...

Re: USB dongles won’t work with osx 10.9.2

Yesterday my usb dongles again stopped working.
I’m not going to reboot whenever that happens, so I suppose I’m not sim’ing for the next several weeks.
None of my usb dongles work with the two usb ports on my macbook pro :(

After a few reboots, they happened to work anyway. I don’t know why.
