Problem solved. I had turned on the controller. It's supposed to be off when plugging in the interface cable.

Hi, my controller worked fine and I was able to configure it. I was able to use Heli-X full version for about a day, now it no longer recognizes my controller. The idle up keys still work on the keyboard. Any suggestions on what I might try?
